When making a reservation for dining, tee times, swim, tennis, or events, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. When registering on our website, you may also be asked to provide your membership number. If any of the requested information is optional, we will so indicate and give you the opportunity to decline to provide it. Information that you submit online may be used in conjunction with any information you submit offline. In addition, DHGC collects and stores statistics and other information about the online activities of users who visit our web sites on an aggregated (collected) basis. For example, we track the number of people who view each page, the order in which pages are viewed, and other information to learn which features are the most popular and to refine our design and marketing efforts.

We may still communicate with you via email regarding any inquiries, requests, transactions, as well as your monthly club statement and any other agreements you have made with us. Keeping your personal contact information (e.g. mailing address, phone numbers, email address) current with us is important so that we can provide you with the best customer service. You may update your personal information by visiting the DHGC Membership Office in person, or by submitting your changes on the website, and or by mailing a signed letter to the Membership Office at DHGC’s address below.
IPAddress: Server Problem Diagnosis. We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer this site and our other web sites. We also use IPaddresses to track where an email came from and in some cases to restrict the use of the IPaddress for security purposes.
